Write to [email protected] and include your app version and phone model.
A cloned app closes or says "wrong installer". Some apps verify how they were installed or use anti-tamper protection and refuse to run as a clone.
I changed phones. Sign in with the same Google account on the new phone → Profile → "Move licence to this phone" (once a month), or use the web portal.
Cancel my subscription. Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Parallel IP Cloner.
Delete my data. See Delete account.
