Terms of Use
Parallel IP Cloner (package com.parallelipcloner.mobile) · Version 1.0 · Last updated: 16 October 2026 · Türkçe
Please read carefully. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and DOAPHONE LIMITED. They limit our liability, explain that we may suspend or close accounts, and make you responsible for how you use the app and for the third-party apps, accounts and services you use it with. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
The app and the related website, licence servers and web portal (together the "Service") are provided by DOAPHONE LIMITED, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales (company number 17408665), registered office: OFFICE 20692, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
By installing, opening or using the Service, signing in, or buying a subscription, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) and legally able to enter into a contract. You must not be barred from using the Service under any law, and you must not be located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive UK, EU, US or UN sanctions or embargoes, or appear on a sanctions list.
3. The Service
- Parallel IP Cloner lets you run additional isolated copies ("clones") of apps already installed on your phone, and optionally route a clone's network traffic through a SOCKS5 proxy that you supply.
- A free tier and a paid VIP subscription exist. Limits, features and prices may change (clause 17). We may add, change, limit or remove features, supported devices or Android versions at any time.
- The Service depends on third-party software and platforms (Android, your phone maker's changes, Google Play, the apps you clone). We do not promise that any particular app will work, keep working, or work as a clone. Many apps detect or refuse to run as a clone, and updates to Android or to those apps can break clones without notice.
- We do not guarantee the Service will be available at all times. We may suspend it for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons, and we may discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. If we discontinue a paid feature while you hold a prepaid period we will, where required by law, refund the unused part of that period.
4. Licence to you and what you must not do with the software
- Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use the app on phones that you own or control, for your own lawful purposes. A VIP subscription covers one phone at a time; it may be moved to another phone of yours as described in the app (currently once per 30 days per licence).
- You must not, and must not help others to: copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the app; decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction; remove or bypass licence, device, session, subscription, usage-limit or security checks; forge, share, rent, lend, resell or sublicense a licence or account; run one licence on several phones or emulators at once; interfere with or overload our servers or networks; probe, scan or test our systems for vulnerabilities without our written permission; or use the Service to build a competing product.
5. Your account
Signing in with Google is needed to buy, restore or move VIP. You must give accurate information, keep your Google account secure, and are responsible for everything done through your account and phones. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. We may treat any action taken with your credentials as yours.
6. Subscriptions, payment, cancellation and refunds
- Billing. VIP is sold as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription exclusively through Google Play. The price (including taxes) is shown by Google Play in your currency before you buy. We do not receive your card details.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. To avoid the next charge, cancel in Google Play (Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
- Price changes. Prices and plans may change. Google Play will tell you about price changes that need your consent; continuing the subscription after the change takes effect means you accept it.
- Refunds. Payments are processed by Google, so refund requests are handled under Google Play's refund policy. Subject to any non-excludable consumer rights you have under the law of your country (including any statutory cancellation right), subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not refund partly used periods. If Google refunds or reverses a payment (including a chargeback), we may immediately disable the related VIP licence.
- When a subscription ends (cancellation, failed payment, refund, suspension or termination) VIP features stop at the end of the paid period (or immediately if the payment is reversed or the licence is terminated under clause 9) and the free tier applies. We are not obliged to keep clones, settings or data above the free limits available.
- Licence enforcement. The phone is identified by technical signals described in the Privacy Policy. Only one active session per licence is allowed. A second session will end the first.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service to cheat, bot, boost, farm, manipulate rankings or rewards, evade bans or restrictions, circumvent anti-cheat or anti-fraud systems, or otherwise break the rules or terms of any app, game, platform or service (including by running several accounts where that is prohibited);
- use clones or proxies for fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, spam, harassment, credential stuffing, account takeover, scraping against a site's rules, bypassing paywalls or geographic restrictions in breach of licences, ticket or product scalping, money laundering, or any other unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity;
- process, store or distribute unlawful content, malware, or content that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- clone apps to which you have no right, or use the Service to copy, pirate or distribute other people's apps;
- interfere with other people's devices, accounts, or networks, or with the security or operation of the Service;
- use proxies, networks or IP addresses that you are not entitled to use, or use the Service in breach of the law of your country or the country where the traffic originates or ends;
- provide false information, impersonate others, or evade a suspension or block (for example by creating new accounts or using another phone);
- use the Service in any way that could damage our reputation or expose us, our users or third parties to legal or security risk.
8. Third-party apps, accounts, proxies and services — your responsibility
- Cloned apps. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for any app you clone. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. You are solely responsible for having the right to clone and use each app, for complying with its terms of service, licence and rules, and for the data and accounts inside it.
- Bans, suspensions and losses. Third parties (for example game publishers, platforms, banks, social networks and app developers) may detect clones, proxies or multiple accounts and may warn, restrict, suspend, ban, reset or delete accounts, remove items, currency or progress, withhold payouts, or take other action. We have no control over those decisions and are not responsible or liable for them or for any resulting loss, whether or not the Service was used lawfully or as intended. Using the Service with accounts you value is entirely at your own risk.
- Proxies. We do not provide, sell, test, endorse or control any proxy. You choose and supply proxy addresses and credentials. The proxy operator may see, log, block, alter or misuse the traffic that passes through it. You are solely responsible for choosing a trustworthy proxy, for the content sent through it, for any fees, and for whether its use is lawful and permitted by the apps you use. A proxy may fail or leak: we do not guarantee that your real IP address, location or identity will be hidden, that traffic is encrypted beyond what the app itself uses, or that any app will accept the proxy.
- Isolation and security. Clones run inside our app's sandbox on your phone. We do not guarantee that a cloned app, another app or malware cannot detect, observe or interfere with a clone, or that data in a clone is secure, private or recoverable. You are responsible for backing up data you care about.
- Release. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release us, our directors, employees, contractors and licensors from all claims, demands and damages (known or unknown) arising out of or connected with disputes between you and any third party (including app and game publishers, platforms, proxy operators, payment providers, other users and advertisers) and with actions those third parties take against you, your accounts or your devices. If you are in a jurisdiction that limits releases of unknown claims, this release applies to the maximum extent allowed.
- Google and other platforms. Google Play, Google Sign-In, Cloudflare and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. We are not liable for their failures, changes or decisions (for example if Google removes the app, restricts a developer account, or blocks a payment).
9. Suspension, termination and enforcement
- Our rights. We may, at any time and at our discretion, with or without prior notice where the law allows: warn you; limit, suspend or end your access to all or part of the Service; revoke a licence or subscription; block accounts, phones, devices, installation or hardware identifiers, e-mail addresses, payment or other identifiers; remove content or data; and refuse future service. We may do this if we reasonably believe that you (or someone using your account or phone) breached these Terms or the law, abused or attempted to abuse the Service, used it in a way that creates risk or cost for us or others, committed or facilitated fraud, charged back or reversed a payment, shared or resold a licence, or if we are required to do so by law, a court, a regulator, Google or another authority, or if we stop providing the Service or a feature.
- Automated measures. Parts of enforcement (for example detecting simultaneous sessions, copied or forged identities, or anomalous activity) are automated. You can ask us to have a person review a decision by writing to us; we will consider your request in good faith but have no obligation to reverse a decision.
- Effect. When access ends, your licence to use the Service ends, VIP features stop, and we may delete or anonymise your account data as described in the Privacy Policy. We are not liable for any loss caused by a suspension or termination that we are entitled to make under these Terms, including loss of access to clones, apps, accounts, data, subscription time or fees paid. Unless the law requires otherwise or we decide otherwise, no refund is due where we terminate for your breach or misuse.
- You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription in Google Play, deleting your account (in the app or at the web portal) and uninstalling the app.
- We may preserve and disclose information to investigate, to protect our rights, users or the public, or to respond to lawful requests (see the Privacy Policy). We may report suspected unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities.
10. Your content and data
You keep all rights in the apps, content and accounts that you use inside clones. We do not access the content of your clones. You give us the limited permission we need to operate the Service (for example to process the data described in the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the right to use the content and for any consequences of what you do with it.
11. Our intellectual property
The app, website, designs, names, logos and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These Terms give you no ownership. "Parallel IP Cloner" and related marks may not be used without our written permission. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them freely without payment or credit.
12. Disclaimers
You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for any damage to your phone or loss of data that results from using it; back up what matters to you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, security, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or compatibility with any app, device, Android version, network, proxy or anti-cheat system. We do not warrant that any particular use will avoid detection, bans or restrictions. Nothing in these Terms affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Limitation of liability
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including a consumer's statutory rights).
- Subject to clause 13.1, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (a) any loss or damage caused by third parties, including bans, suspensions, loss of accounts, items, currency, progress, winnings, payouts or data by apps, games, platforms, proxy operators, payment providers or other users; (b) any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data; (c) loss arising from your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party terms; (d) loss arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of Google, Cloudflare, networks or hosting, changes to Android or other software, and acts of authorities; or (e) any loss that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach.
- Subject to clause 13.1, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) £50.
- The app stores (such as Google Play) are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Service; they are third-party beneficiaries only of those provisions that this law or their terms require.
- If you are a consumer, we will only be liable for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach, and we do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it. If you use the Service for business purposes, we do not accept liability for business losses at all.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless DOAPHONE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and licensors from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use or misuse of the Service; your breach of these Terms or the law; your violation of the rights or terms of any third party (including the apps, games and platforms you use with the Service); the proxies, accounts and content you use; or any dispute between you and a third party. This clause applies to consumers only to the extent the law allows.
15. Privacy and data
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, for how long, and your rights, including how to delete your account. You are responsible for the lawfulness of any data you process through clones and proxies.
16. Copyright and other notices
If you believe content or conduct connected with the Service infringes your rights, send a notice to [email protected] with your contact details, a description of the right and of the material, and a statement that your notice is accurate. We may act on notices and may disable access, and we may terminate repeat infringers. Notices to you may be given in the app, on our website, or by e-mail to the address linked to your Google account.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms, prices, plans or the Service from time to time, for example for legal, security, technical or business reasons. For material changes we will give notice in the app or on this website, normally before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you accept the changes; if you do not accept, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription. The version shown at the top of this page is the current one.
18. Export controls and sanctions
You must comply with all applicable export control, sanctions and anti-corruption laws and must not use the Service for any prohibited end use or with any sanctioned person.
19. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the law of England and Wales.
- Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute in good faith.
- The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country, which these Terms do not remove.
20. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any in-app notices are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- Severability. If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the provision will be replaced by the closest valid one.
- No waiver. Delay or failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign or transfer ours, including to a successor of the business.
- Third parties. Except for our affiliates, directors and licensors named in clauses 13–14, no one else has the right to enforce these Terms. Google's separate terms with you are unaffected.
- Survival. Clauses that by their nature should continue after termination (including 4, 6, 8, 9, 10–15, 19 and 20) survive.
- Language. The English version prevails; translations are provided for convenience.
